About the Founder
Arsh Khan
Founder & CEO
Arsh Khan is a technology entrepreneur, executive, and cited AI researcher building at the intersection of frontier science, artificial intelligence, and venture creation.
He is the Founder & CEO of Aethor, a DeepTech venture creation platform focused on transforming breakthrough research and emerging technologies into venture-scale companies. Through Aethor, he works with researchers, scientists, engineers, and technology innovators to identify commercially promising technologies, develop commercialization strategies, validate markets, and build companies around high-potential research.
His experience spans AI, DeepTech commercialization, venture creation, product strategy, technology leadership, GTM, operations, and scientific research, with experience across international startup, academic, scientific, and technology ecosystems. He previously worked at JoVE, an international scientific publishing and education company, where he worked across global research ecosystems and with researchers and faculty from leading institutions.
His research experience includes work with Prof. YangQuan Chen at the University of California, Merced, on machine learning optimization using applied fractional calculus, alongside research spanning AI/ML, optimization, and quantum computing.
In 2026, Arsh was selected for Founder Institute, a global pre-seed accelerator, invited as a Startup Mentor at IIT Delhi BECon, and interviewed by Entrepreneurs First for its DeepTech venture-building program.
He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering and MSc in Biological Sciences from BITS Pilani, with additional study in Computer Science and Advanced Technologies at IIT Mandi. His research and technology interests span artificial intelligence, quantum computing, biotechnology, biosensing, space technologies, and other frontier domains.
He has also participated in international scientific and technology communities including the Open Quantum Institute supported by CERN, the Center for SpaceTime and the Quantum, and the Responsible AI Institute.
